User


User registration and settings

  • How do I sign up for my company?

    To register for the Ofisly app, go to the registration page. Fill in your email and choose a suitable password. The application will recognize where you belong by your email, if it does not – enter the registration code you received from your application administrator. To complete the registration you need to verify your email address. To do this, just open the email you received and click on the “Verify Email” button. That’s it, the registration is complete, you can log in.

  • How do I set up additional information about my account?

    Inside the app, hover your mouse over your email in the top right corner to see a drop-down menu. From the menu, click Account. In Account Management, you can set up the following information: mobile, first name, last name, and license plate number (if your business has license plate checking enabled for parking). Fill in the details you need to set up and confirm your changes by clicking the “Save” button.

  • How do I change my password?

    Inside the app, hover your mouse over your email in the top right corner to see a drop-down menu. From the menu, click Account. Click on “Password” in the left side menu. First, enter your current password. Then fill in the new password that you will use to log into the application. For a secure change, please repeat the password in the next line as well. Confirm your password change by clicking on the “Save new password” button.

  • Forgot your password?

    If you don’t remember your password, you can easily reset it. Just click on “Forgot Password” on the app login page. Fill in your email and click “Confirm”. A link will be emailed to you immediately, just click on it and a form will open with instructions for setting a new password. Fill in the required fields and confirm the new password by clicking on the “Set new password” button.

  • How do I change my login email?

    The login email to enter the application cannot be modified. Please contact your application administrator.

  • How do I change my notification email?

    Inside the app, hover your mouse over your email in the top right corner to see a drop-down menu. From the menu, click Account. Click on “Email” in the left side menu. In the “New Email” field, enter the new email address you want to use to receive notifications from the app. Confirm the edit by clicking the “Change Email” button.

Desk booking

  • How to book desk?

    There are several ways you can book desk. If you need desk for the current day (in the evening to book the next day), just log in to the app and stay on the “Dashboard” page. Under the Desk heading, there is a box for quickly booking desk, including information about the current office occupancy. Click on the “Book desk” button and it will immediately list what desk has been reserved for you.

    Need a desk for another day of the week? Click on the “Desks” tab in the left column. On the Desk page you will see the individual days for which you can make a reservation. For the selected day, just click on the “Book desk” button and your desk is reserved.

  • How do I cancel a desk reservation?

    Log in to the Ofisly app and go to the “Desks” module. If you have reserved a desk for a day and need to cancel your reservation, click on the “Cancel reservation” button on the selected day. In the pop-up window, confirm that you really want to cancel and you’re done.

  • How do I release my assigned desk?

    You can release desk if you have a long-term office space. Log in to the Ofisly app and go to the “Desks” module. Click on the “Set release” button in the top right corner. Now just set from when to when you need to release your desk and confirm the release.

  • I need my assigned desk sooner.

    If you have temporarily released your assigned desk for your colleagues and need your spot sooner than you have set up, go to the “Desks” module. In the top right corner, click on the “Get desk back” button. Set when you need the space again and confirm your choice. That’s it, your desk has been returned to you. We will notify colleagues who had reserved a desk about the change.

  • How do I reserve a specific desk?

    Log in to the Ofisly app and go to the “Desks” module. If you need to reserve a specific desk (for example, a desk with ergonomic chair), select the day and click on the date in the box. This will take you to an overview of all desks for the selected day. Select a spot and click on the “Book desk” button.

Parking booking

  • How to book parking?

    There are several ways you can book parking. If you need parking for the current day (in the evening to book the next day), just log in to the app and stay on the “Dashboard” page. Click on the “Book a spot” button and it will immediately list what space has been reserved for you.

  • How do I cancel a parking reservation?

  • How do I release my assigned parking spot?

    You can release parking if you have a long-term parking space. Log in to the Ofisly app and go to the “Parking” module. Click on the “Set parking release” button in the top right corner. Now just set from when to when you need to release your parking space and confirm the release.

  • I need my assigned parking spaces sooner.

In the top right corner, click on the “I need my spot sooner” button. Set when you need the space again and confirm your choice. That’s it, your parking space has been returned to you.   • How to install the mobile app?

    You can easily install the Ofisly app on your smartphone or computer. You can find the app in your stores – Apple Store, Google Play.

Desk settings

  • How do I add a new desk?

    In Ofisly, click on the “Desks” tab in the left column. A menu will then open where you will see the “Settings” tab. In the top panel you will find the Desks option – click on the tab. Now click on the “Add desk” button. Enter the name of the desk. select the workplace and select the type of space if necessary. Confirm everything by clicking on the “Add desk” button.

  • How to add a workplace?

    In Ofisly, click on the “Desks” tab in the left column. A menu will then open where you will see the “Settings” tab. In the top panel you will find the “Add workplace” button. Enter the name of the workplace and click the “Add workplace” button to confirm the creation.

  • How do I adjust desk?

    In Ofisly, click on the “Desks” tab in the left column. A menu will then open where you will see the “Settings” tab. In the top panel you will find the Desks option – click on the tab. In the list you can see all the desks you have created. To edit, click on the “pencil” icon. Edit what you need and confirm the changes by clicking the “Save edits” button.

  • How do I remove a desk?

    In Ofisly, click on the “Desks” tab in the left column. A menu will then open where you will see the “Settings” tab. In the top panel you will find the Desks option – click on the tab. In the list you can see all the desks you have created. To remove them, click on the “pencil” icon. To remove a desk, click on the “Remove desk” button. But beware! Deleting a space also deletes the desk booking history.

  • How do I assign a desk to an employee?

    In Ofisly, click on the “Desk” tab in the left column. A menu will then open where you will see the “Settings” tab. In the top panel you will find the Desks option – click on the tab. In the list you can see all the desks you have created. To access the details of the space, click on the “person with plus” icon. This will open the details of the specific desk.

    In the left column you will find a box called “Desk allocation”. Now all you have to do is select the user you want to allocate the desk to and confirm the allocation by clicking on the “Allocate desk” button.

App settings

  • How do I change the basic app settings?

    Log in to the Offisly app and find Settings in the bottom left corner. In the Settings menu, click on the Applications tab. In the top panel, you will find the Application Settings options. In the tab, you will find options to customize the app to your own needs. To set up individual modules, go to their details after activating them. What can you set here? For example, setting notification times, default booking location, activate carpooling, etc.

Car settings

  • How do I add a new car?

    In the Ofisly app, you’ll find Settings in the bottom left corner. In the Settings menu, click on the Cars tab. In the top panel you will find the Add Car option – click on the button.  First, fill in the license plate number. As soon as you fill it in, after checking the registration number, you will be able to set up other necessary vehicle data. To confirm the addition of a new vehicle, click the Add car button.

  • How to modify the vehicle?

    In the Ofisly app, you’ll find Settings in the bottom left corner. In the Settings menu, click on the Cars tab. Choose which car you want to edit – click on the pencil icon. Edit the required data and confirm the settings with the Save Edit button.

  • How do I deactivate/remove a vehicle?

    In the Ofisly app, you’ll find Settings in the bottom left corner. In the Settings menu, click on the Cars tab. In the top panel, you will find the option to Deactivate Vehicle – click on the button and select the vehicle you want to deactivate and confirm your choice with the Deactivate Vehicle button.

  • How do I set permissions on cars?

    By default, all added vehicles are enabled for all users.  If you want to change this in the Ofisly app, you can find it in the bottom left corner of Settings. In the Settings menu, click on the Groups tab. Create a group and set the name and select the users that belong to it. You then select the vehicles to be assigned to the group. Check everything and confirm the creation of the group.

Parking settings

  • How do I add a new parking spot?

    In Ofisly, click on the “Parking” tab in the left column. A menu will then open where you will see the “Settings” tab. In the top panel you will find the Parking spaces option – click on the tab. Now click on the “Add parking spot” button. Enter the name of the space. select the parking category and select the type of space if necessary. Confirm everything by clicking on the “Add parking spot” button.

  • How to add a parking category?

    In Ofisly, click on the “Parking” tab in the left column. A menu will then open where you will see the “Settings” tab. In the top panel you will find the “Add parking” button. Enter the name of the parking category and click the “Add Parking” button to confirm the creation.

  • How do I adjust my parking spot?

User settings

  • How do I add a new user?

    There is no need to set up anything in the administrative environment of the application. Simply send the user the registration page and, preferably, the registration code – in case the user has a different domain address in the email than the administrator. Your registration code can be found in Settings – App settings – Company Information tab.

  • How do I edit user data?

    In the Ofisly app, you’ll find Settings in the bottom left corner. In the Settings menu, click on the Users tab. In the top panel you will find the Manage Users option – click on the tab and here you just need to select which user you want to edit. Edit the required data and confirm the settings with the Save Settings button.

  • How do I delete/deactivate a user?

    In the Offisly app, you’ll find Settings in the bottom left corner. In the Settings menu, click on the Users tab. In the top panel you will find the option to Deactivate Users – click on the tab and select which user you want to deactivate and confirm the choice.

  • How to set user permissions?

    In the Offisly app, you’ll find Settings in the bottom left corner. In the Settings menu, click on the Users tab. Select a user – click on the pencil and select and set the desired permissions. Confirm the settings with the Save Settings button.

  • Where can I find the company code to register other users?

    In the Ofisly app, click on Settings – App Settings – in the bottom left. Click on Company Information tab. Here you will find your company’s generated registration code, which you can just send out to users together with the registration page.

Pricing

  • How does the free trial work? Do I need a credit card to try Ofisly?

    You can sign up for a free trial for free, no credit card needed. Before your trial ends, we will notify you to choose a paid plan to continue using Ofisly.

  • Can I combine subscription plans?

    Yes, plans can be combined. For example, you can use a combination of desk and car bookings. Or just parking separately.

  • Can I change the number of users?

    Yes, you can easily add users to your subscription or reduce the number you need.

  • Can I upgrade anytime?

    Absolutely! Upgrade and pay only for the difference between your current and new plan.

  • Where can I get an invoice?

    Your invoice is automatically sent to your mailbox. You can also download it in Settings under Billings.

  • Where is my data stored?

    We only collect basic data about users and all we need is your email to use the app. You can download or delete the data at any time. All data is encrypted and stored on Microsoft servers in Frankfurt (Germany).
